From Inquiry to the Flight Line

Adding aircraft to your flight school, university, or flying club shouldn't mean buying outright. Our dry lease program puts well-maintained Cessna Skyhawks on your line with predictable economics and clean records. Here's how it works.

The Process

Four straightforward steps from first call to first flight.

Tell Us What You Need

Share your location, start date, expected monthly hours, and whether you want a glass G1000 or a standard analog panel — one aircraft or several.

Review Aircraft & Terms

We match you with available Skyhawks and walk you through specs, records, hourly rates, and lease structure so the economics are clear from the start.

03

Finalize the Lease

Sign the lease, place your deposit, and provide proof of insurance. We coordinate delivery and get the aircraft onto your flight line.

04

Operate & Fly

Fly the aircraft, track time on the Hobbs, and handle routine upkeep. Pay your monthly minimum — we cover the major engine and propeller overhauls.

  • Hull & liability insurance (Airplane Lease listed as Owner/Lessor, Additional Insured, and Loss Payee)
  • Proper hangar or tie-down storage and care

G1000-equipped aircraft are $110/hour and standard-panel aircraft are $100/hour. If we cover engine and propeller reserves, the base rate drops by $30/hour (100-hour monthly minimum). Full details are on our FAQs page.
