Our standard lease term is five (5) years, unless otherwise agreed. At the end of the initial term, the lease may continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written notice from either party.

The lease includes a minimum of 50 flight hours per month. Annual hour allocations may be arranged by mutual agreement. This helps ensure consistent aircraft use and predictable operating costs.

Aircraft equipped with the Garmin G1000 are billed at $110 per hour, and non-G1000 aircraft at $100 per hour. If the lessor elects to cover engine and propeller reserves, the base rate is reduced by $30/hour, subject to a 100-hour monthly minimum. Alternative rate structures with lessor-covered reserves are available on request.

If the lease is ended prior to the agreed term, the Lessee remains responsible for the monthly lease payments for the remaining portion of the lease term.

The Lessor covers the two major overhauls: engine and propeller. These overhauls are provided by the Lessor, with installation handled by the Lessee.

The Lessee is responsible for day to day operation and upkeep of the aircraft, including routine maintenance, inspections, oil changes, and compliance with all FAA regulations.

The Lessee must maintain appropriate hull and liability insurance for the aircraft. The Lessor must be listed as Owner/Lessor, Additional Insured, and Loss Payee. Proof of insurance is required prior to delivery.

This depends on the specific aircraft being leased; however, proper storage and care of the aircraft are expected whether it is hangared or tied down.

All pilots must hold appropriate FAA certifications and meet insurance requirements. The Lessee is responsible for ensuring all pilots are qualified and compliant.

Flight time is tracked using the aircraft's Hobbs meter. The Lessee may be asked to provide verification of flight hours as needed.

The aircraft must be returned in airworthy condition with a current annual inspection, complete maintenance records, and in compliance with FAA regulations. Any required repairs to meet these standards are the responsibility of the Lessee.
